Winsconsin here we come!!

Well, we are now planning another move out of the state. If you thought we were done with all the drama of moving last year after the FBI fallout, you don't know us well.... We get ants in our pants quite frequently. Hopefully this will be a good move for all of us. It will be nice having Steve at home each night, I think he's traveled about 70% of this year already. We'll see if we get on each others' nerves after having so much time apart.
Besides the cold winters, I think Appleton, WI should be a very nice place to live. I have talked to quite a few people out there already and have been so impressed with the overall friendliness of those I've been in contact with. One nice thing about the LDS church is the built in support system wherever you go. I have talked with 2 of the 3 bishops in the area and have been welcomed wholeheartedly by both. Ironically, the daughter of a family from our ward moved out there 4 years ago, so I was able to talk to her and find out where our home search should be narrowed down to. She also has delivered 2 children there and so can give information about doctors and the 2 hospitals in the town. They have already invited us for dinner next week following our flight in and church at 1:00PM. We're excited to get to know them better.
We are so going to miss our family and friends that we will be leaving behind. At least between email, blogging and cell phones, we will be able to stay in contact fairly easily. Steve says we won't be going anywhere the first year we get there, but he welcomes anyone and everyone to visit us at our new home. We'll keep you updated on the status of our move and what we are doing. Wish us luck!!
