Chores

Ben has discovered the concept of earning money by doing extra chores around the house. He helped with the laundry, dusted the desk, wiped (some of) the baseboards, and (his favorite) washed windows. All of that and I gave him 50 cents for the first part, then when he wanted to do more to make more money I gave him another dollar. He looked at the dollar bill, scowled and said, "This is only one dollar! I wanted one hundred dollars!" Wouldn't we all... I told him to get a 9 hour a day job like daddy and we'll talk.

He's trying to earn money for a storm trooper mask and a light saber.
