We are now the proud (hopeful) owners of a family home here in Appleton, WI. Our offer was accepted today on a lovely home across the street from a beautiful 5 acre park, on the corner of a quiet culdesac, with the school bus-stop right outside. We are excited for this move to happen, and want you all to know that there is a large guest bedroom downstairs for any and all visitors!
We still need the inspections to be done and the appraisal, but we are hopeful!

Barefoot Court!!! I love it, I would have moved there just for the name (and the park doesn't hurt).
Congratulations, wish we could help with the move.
The street name sold me on it as well! I can't imagine January in Wisconsin can be so bad when you live on Barefoot Ct...
